Consumer Feedback

ReGen receives a lot of great feedback from the people who use our services.  Our consumer feedback form provides people with the opportunity to assess how we live up to the principles set out in our Client Charter.

We regularly report back to our consumers on what action we have taken as a result of the suggestions  we have received, or how we are working to resolve identified problems.  These reports are made available in the waiting area at our Coburg site. See below for the full list of reports.

Our October report highlights some of the changes we are making at Williams House (our youth residential withdrawal service) based on suggestions from the young people who have used the service.

It also captures some typical compliments from people undertaking withdrawal at Williams House and Curran Place (adult residential withdrawal).

Our latest report on our responses to suggestions from people who use our services covers topics such as: food and weekend activities at our residential withdrawal services, availability of information about preparing for residential withdrawal and development of programs specifically for elderly consumers.  

It also picks up some some of the common compliments our consumers provide about our services.
