Responding to consumer feedback (Jun-Jul 2016)

Our report on how we've responded to feedback from people who used our services in June and July includes the impacts of building works at our Curran Place residential withdrawal service related to the establishment of our new Mother and Baby withdrawal unit. It also includes the first two complaints we have received about the recent change to make Curran Place a tobacco-free site and a summary of positive comments about our programs and the support our staff provide (particularly at our Williams House youth residential service).
